E

MOQ, Lead Time, Delivery and Packaging

What is Cobija's minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

MOQ is set per product rather than company-wide. Current catalog examples range from very low quantities (as low as 1–3 units on select items) to higher quantities on more complex or fully custom products. Please share your product and specifications and we will confirm the exact MOQ.

Does customization affect MOQ and lead time?

Yes. Customization level, materials, and order quantity can all affect MOQ, pricing and lead time; we confirm exact figures once your specifications are finalized.

What is the production lead time?

Standard catalog products typically ship in 20–25 days. More complex or fully custom OEM/private-label programs may take 4–8 weeks depending on customization, materials and quantity.

How is packaging handled for export orders?

We provide export-ready packaging as standard, plus custom packaging options for private-label orders — including branded outer cartons, poly bags, hangtags, care labels, and barcode/SKU labelling to your specification.

Does Cobija support bulk production for global brands?

Yes. Our facility is built for scaled bulk production alongside sampling and small-batch private-label runs, so growing brands can move from sample to bulk with the same manufacturing partner.

F

Quality and Compliance

What quality control does Cobija follow?

We operate a five-stage quality control process: incoming raw-material inspection, cutting and component checks, in-process production inspection, final inspection and functional testing, and a pre-dispatch export audit.

Cobija Industries is ISO 9001 certified for quality management, our protective gear is CE certified and tested to EN 17092, and we follow REACH-aligned chemical management for restricted substances.
